• Analyze and design functional requirements for Equities data related to regulatory and analytic projects
• Collaborate with business, compliance, and legal partners to determine requirements and develop specifications
• Facilitate sign-off on requirements with business partners
• Ensure clear communication and translation of requirements with developers and QA testers
• Manage data quality issues from investigation to resolution, tracking impact and follow-up across business lines

• Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst in the financial markets
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to write database queries
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage with all management levels
• Working knowledge of FINRA OATS and/or Consolidated Audit Trail regulations

• Experience in Equities Trading, Options Trading, and e-Trading
• Familiarity with Consolidated Audit Trail (CAT) and regulatory compliance
• Proven track record of ownership in problem-solving and resolution
• Ability to work collaboratively across various business units
