The Product Specialist is responsible for coordinating the day-to-day responsibilities for our specialty client(s). This includes working closely with a variety of internal stakeholders to develop and execute tasks needed as part of the annual product refresh. This person supports ongoing product activity and will act as a liaison between the product development department and other functional areas of the company.
Location: Candidates must reside in the state of Wisconsin for consideration. This position is eligible to work at your home office (reliable internet is required) and at our office in Brookfield or Menasha, in our hybrid model. Fully remote is not available at this time for this position.
Hours: 1.0 FTE, 40 hours per week, 8am - 5pm Monday through Friday.

- Develop, update and coordinate work associated with the operational annual product refresh and benefit implementation.
- Collaborate with various departments on deliverables to ensure they are submitted timely and accurately to avoid financial penalties.
- Act as a liaison between product development department and numerous business owners from different functional areas of the company.
- Participate in internal weekly task meetings and ensure deliverables are completed timely.
- Maintain ongoing and frequent communication with client and various internal stakeholders.
- Provide support by answering or directly inquiries to the appropriate stakeholder.
- Manage day-to-day product responsibilities, including report generation, review of sales and marketing materials and the coordination of client health fairs.
- Participate in the business development for new prospective vendors and lead the RFP process.
- Ensure milestones are met and metrics are maintained to achieve client satisfaction.
- Oversight to ensure products remain compliant with all regulations, rules, etc. set forth by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services and the Office of the Commissioner of Insurance.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, organizational communication, project management or related field, or 6 years of experience in a related field.
- Four years' experience in insurance and/or health care related industry required.
- Four years' experience of strategic planning, business development or project management experience required.
