What You’ll Bring to the Team

Allnorth is currently looking for a Project Coordinator in a hybrid role that blends remote office-based work with site-based assignments, reporting to the nearest Allnorth office in Vancouver, Kelowna, Kamloops, or Calgary. As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for assisting our Project Delivery team in project management, construction management, contract administration and management, providing consistent document control, maintaining project controls, client engagement, monthly invoicing, proposal support, and other related duties as directed by the Project Managers.

The Project Coordinator will also have the opportunity to manage small single discipline projects undertaken by Allnorth and with supervision of a Project Manager. In addition to hybrid-based work, project opportunities will require, project-specific site-based rotations in Yukon, British Columbia, Ontario, or elsewhere.

What You’ll Bring to the Team
  • Minimum of a Technical diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 2-3 years’ experience as a project coordinator, administrator, or technical role in project delivery and/or construction management
  • Ability to work individually; a self-starter who is able to recognize and complete tasks
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills (interpersonal and written)
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information professionally and discreetly
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and quality
  • Strong time and task management skills
  • Possess a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Excel
  • Previous experience in an engineering consulting environment considered an asset but not required
  • Registered, or eligible to register, as a Certified Engineering Technologist or EIT/Professional Engineer is an asset
  • CAPM, PMP or equivalent certification or experience is an asset

  • Competitive base salary between $85,000 and $100,000 annually depending on skills and experience.
