• Partner with senior business leaders to support strategic decision-making and ongoing business development
• Lead quarterly forecasting and planning processes for the Commercial Lines division
• Communicate data-driven insights into forecasts and plans to inform performance management
• Manage reporting for the Board of Directors, including complex analyses of financial statements
• Support FP&A transformation initiatives by enhancing insights and improving efficiency

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related area
• 8+ years of related professional experience, including 5+ years in FP&A or Treasury functions
• Strong analytical skills to identify problems and develop solutions
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build trust with business leaders
• Experience with data extraction and uploading in Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) systems

• Postgraduate coursework in a related field
• Experience with capital management in the insurance industry
• Familiarity with Oracle software
• Understanding of insurance industry trends and regulatory requirements
• Strong mathematical skills and advanced organizational abilities
