Typical Day in the Role
The purpose of this team is to manage the mechanical category within datacenter equipment‑developing suppliers defining strategy setting pricing and allocating equipment needed for datacenter builds.
Key projects:
This role will contribute to aligning with suppliers on two new datacenter designs finalizing design requirements and establishing pricing so purchase orders can be awarded for upcoming builds.
- Verbal and written communication skills attention to detail negotiation skills and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze financial reports price proposals and other technical data.
- Ability to accurately document and record customer/client information.
- Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations related to purchasing.
- Knowledge of supply chain management.
- Previous experience with computer applications such as Microsoft Word and Excel.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
