What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Drive product enablement and sales process execution, partnering with Product Marketing for launches
  • Build launch certification programs and define measurable adoption metrics to assess impact
  • Support rollouts of new sales processes and tooling, ensuring behavior adoption through enablement assets
  • Design ongoing development programs for Account Executives, operationalizing skills frameworks into training
  • Define success metrics for initiatives, tracking behavior change and presenting insights to sales leadership
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • 6+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Revenue Enablement, or Sales Performance roles in a SaaS or high-growth technology environment
  • Proven track record leading end-to-end enablement programming life cycles
  • Strong understanding of SaaS sales cycles, particularly in the SMB sector
  • Experience operationalizing discovery and value frameworks into scalable programs
  • Excellent executive communication skills and strong organizational abilities to manage multiple initiatives
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience supporting call coaching platforms and embedding coaching frameworks into manager rhythms
  • Demonstrated ability to build structured certification programs with measurable skill validation
  • Strong data fluency to tie enablement initiatives to measurable business impact
