Applicants whose experience is limited only to freight forwarding, trucking coordination, or port operations may not be suitable for this role.
ABOUT LOGISTICS 9Logistics 9 is an international sourcing and export trading company supporting global distributors and supermarket chains.
We coordinate directly with China factories, manage product sourcing, documentation, quality control, and containerized exports worldwide.
This role supports the operational backbone of our trading activities.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIESYou will support daily import/export trading operations including:
- Preparation and checking of export documentation
- Quotations
- Packing Lists
- Internal tracking files
- Coordinating with overseas suppliers (mainly China factories)
- Reviewing product information, QC photos, specifications, and documentation accuracy
This is an office-based operational documentation and coordination role.
REQUIREMENTS- Experience in Import/Export, Trading, Procurement or Operations Administration
- Ability to read and type basic Mandarin (for supplier communication)
- Strong attention to detail
- Organised and able to manage multiple follow-ups
- Professional written communication skills
Monday – Friday: 9:00am – 6:0pm
Saturday:
Work From Home (Half Day)
Company laptop provided.
SALARYSGD 2,800 – SGD 3,000
(Commensurate with experience)
