We are looking for experienced freelance consultants working in the biopharma industry who enjoy and have capacity for business development. This is an entrepreneurial, part-time role designed for experienced independent consultants who want to leverage their existing network to drive growth while earning additional commissions and equity in a growing company.

• Drive Growth:
  Identify and secure projects with small-to-mid-sized biotechs and established pharma players.
• Consultative Selling:
  Understand complex R&D bottlenecks and position Pharmalancers’ flexible resourcing as the solution.
• Relationship Management:
  Be part of the Pharmalancers business development team in managing client relationships.

• The Industry Insider:
  You have a proven track record in business development and selling projects within the Life Sciences, CRO, or R&D staffing sectors.
• The Networker:
  You have an active network of decision-makers in biopharma R&D.
• The Entrepreneur:
