** The Job
** You are continuously analysing the performance of stichd with a strong focus on commercial trends, with focus on topline and order intake as well as margin performance (customer, channel, country, etc.). Your output is used to challenge and support the business to stay on top of their game as well as to guide Management for decision making. You work hand-in-hand with business teams to deliver insights that shape strategic direction for STICHD.
Your focus is company wide and includes business round: Sales channel (Wholesale vs Retail); All products categories (Essentials vs Fanwear, including Motorsport & Football). You interact with multiple teams.
** Your Mission
*** Act as a business partner to Management/stakeholders with analysis on key business trends
* Drive and challenge stakeholders with insights to improve business going forward
* Develop in-depth ad-hoc analyses based on specific business needs
* Support business with creating detailed analysis to drive business decisions
* Support with improvements in data structure to enhance reporting & analytics
* Support the business by translating analytics into conclusions and presentations for all stakeholders

*** Excellent analytical skills, critical and comfortable to deep dive into details while keeping in mind the bigger picture;
* Good communication skills with an open and curious personality;
* Team player who is able to speak up, and take ownership of issue;
* Ownership for work carried out in a structured and efficient way;
* Hands-on and 'can-do' mentality;
* Excellent Excel knowledge, Power BI and presentation capabilities in PowerPoint;
* English verbal and written language skills;
* Experience:
Minimum 5 years relevant working experience in an international environment (Retail preference); and
* Education:
Minimum a Master’s degree in Business Economics / Business analytics / Finance or Bachelor level with additional personal or professional development.
* This role is based in ‘s-Hertogenbosch, the Netherlands. Working remotely from other countries is not possible.
