As the Director of Workers Compensation at Martin & Company, you will play a critical role in delivering high-level expertise and strategic support across client engagements. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical knowledge, regulatory familiarity, and practical experience working with insurance carriers and related stakeholders to drive business strategy and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Oversight
Lead the development and execution of Workers' Compensation strategies, providing clear, actionable recommendations for internal and client stakeholders.
  • Regulatory & Filing Strategy
Direct the development and submission of rate, rule, and form filings while coordinating with actuarial and regulatory teams.
  • Client Advisory
Serve as a trusted advisor to senior-level clients, participating in meetings and presenting complex findings to support their long-term goals.
  • Industry Leadership
Maintain expert-level knowledge of Workers' Compensation trends, legislative changes, and industry best practices to drive innovation.
  • Team Leadership
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members and collaborate across cross-functional teams, including analysts and project managers.

Qualifications
  • Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in Workers' Compensation, including Large Deductible and Dividend Plans
