• MBA from a top-tier program
• Minimum of 4 years of experience, preferably in a strategic or operational role
• Very strong analytical and communication skills
• Willingness to travel significantly
• Work authorization for the U.S. is required

• Experience in a consulting environment
• Familiarity with CEO-level strategic and operational issues
• Ability to thrive in a virtual office model
• Demonstrated ability to work across various industries and functions
