The Role: A Leader of People & Growth
We are seeking a seasoned Sales Leader who thrives on high standards and intentional growth. We aren’t just selling structures; we are revolutionizing the buying process by providing personalized, hands‑on assistance and a "one-stop-shop" experience.
In this role, you will work closely with a highly engaged CEO and COO. We are looking for a "Right Hand" leader
—someone who shares our ambition to grow, holds high standards for themselves and their team, and leads with integrity.
- On‑Site Leadership: Spend 4 days per week on the road, working on‑site at our 8–10 locations. You will mentor Product Specialists, assist with leads, and ensure our sales floor reflects our high standards.
- Strategic Office Day: Dedicate 1 day per week to remote/office work—analyzing Zoho CRM data, identifying market trends, and planning for our 10% annual growth targets.
- Team Development: Handle the hiring, onboarding, and continuous motivation of our sales team. You will be responsible for "moving the needle" on close rates and team performance.
- Operational Excellence: Maintain high industry standards and cover specialist absences when necessary to ensure seamless customer service.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in sales management or business development is preferred.
- Leadership: A proven track record of recruiting and continually motivating high‑performing teams.
- Technical Proficiency: You are proficient in computers and modern business software.
Experience with CRM systems (
Zoho preferred
) is essential for tracking leads and performance. - Detail‑Oriented: You are highly skilled at being detailed with contracts
. You understand that accuracy in paperwork is the foundation of a successful sale and a happy customer. - Product Mastery: You have a high capacity for learning and mastering a large amount of product knowledge
. You must be the expert that our Product Specialists look to for guidance. - Values: You lead with integrity and are comfortable in a Christian work environment where our "Why" is our foundation.
- Travel Expectations: You are comfortable with significant travel
. Your week consists of 4 days on‑site in our WV/VA territories (including overnight travel) and 1 day in the office/remote.
- Competitive Compensation: Base salary + uncapped performance‑based bonus (Growth over previous year).
- Company Vehicle & Travel: A company car is provided, and all weekday travel expenses are fully paid.
