Paradigm is in search of an Associate Business Systems Analyst to work for our client in the legal services industry.

The Associate Business Systems Analyst serves as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring accurate, timely, and high-quality data deliverables. This role is responsible for analyzing and validating data, supporting production workflows, and maintaining clear communication across teams to ensure client and operational needs are met.

As an Associate Business Analyst, you will:

• Analyze, validate, and assess data using tools such as Excel, SQL Server, and related technologies to ensure business and client requirements are met
• Perform data quality checks, reconciliations, and validations to ensure accuracy, completeness, and integrity of deliverables before release
• Support ongoing production processes by monitoring data workflows, identifying anomalies, and coordinating resolution of issues
• Follow established software development standards, processes, methodologies, and departmental policies when performing all work
• Accurately track, log, and report time, progress (% complete), and service request (SR) comments in accordance with Data Services policies
• Communicate clearly and professionally with internal teams, leadership, Project Managers, and external stakeholders
• Work collaboratively with internal and external partners
• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by identifying opportunities to improve data processes, documentation, and operational efficiency

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail
• Proficiency in Excel and experience working with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server)
• Ability to communicate complex data concepts clearly to both technical and non technical audiences
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
• Professional judgment, discretion, and commitment to following established processes and standards
• Experience supporting data driven production environments
• Familiarity with data quality, audit ability, and governance concepts
• Experience working in a cross functional or client-facing role
