Role Overview
The Change Management Specialist will support adoption and readiness by identifying how new or updated workflows impact users and organizations, and by planning communications, training, and transition activities.

Duration: 12 months
Location: Minnesota (Remote work)
Key Responsibilities- Assess stakeholder and user impacts of new system capabilities
- Develop change management, communication, and training plans
- Identify adoption risks and mitigation strategies
- Coordinate with State teams and other vendor resources
- Ensure change considerations are reflected in requirements and documentation
- Public sector change management experience
- Experience working in multi-agency or multi-stakeholder environments
- Familiarity with structured change frameworks (e.g., Prosci) preferred
- Must be able to demonstrate prior experience by providing anonymized examples of change management plans, communication plans, or similar artifacts from prior engagements
We are responding to a State of Minnesota DHS for upgrading the Salesforce-based licensing system RFP. As part of this, the State is asking us to share sample work created by our resources on past projects to show the type and quality of work we usually deliver.
