- Provide exceptional client service via inbound/outbound calls, email, and in-person interactions.
- Respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure an exceptional experience.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, referral sources, and internal client support team members.
- Account opening, handling account transfers and other requests at the direction of the financial advisor.
- Process account transactions, prepare documentation, and maintain accurate client records.
- Handle various administrative tasks: scheduling appointments, preparing materials for client meetings, managing correspondence, and supporting marketing initiatives.
- Streamline processes with updated SOPs and execute branch business plans strategically.
- Use technology such as Money Guide, Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and other firm‑provided software.
- Take an active role in the annual business planning process and assist in developing strategies for the upcoming year.
- Actively listen for situations in clients’ lives that may indicate a need for additional services.

- Hiring Minimum: $21.38
- Hiring Maximum: $23.14
- Potential for merit‑based salary increases as you progress in the BOA role.
