Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in data analysis, market risk, and credit risk. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in wholesale risk management and the ability to provide actionable insights through thorough analysis and documentation. This role requires a detail oriented individual who can effectively communicate complex information and collaborate with cross functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and assess wholesale risk, market risk, and credit risk to identify trends and provide recommendations.
• Understand and document the adjustment processes, including the Maker, Checker, and Approver roles.
• Provide recommendations for moving requirements into mainstream applications based on thorough documentation.
• Utilize advanced Excel functions to analyze data and create reports.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure data integrity and accuracy in reporting.
• Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders at all levels.

Mandatory Skills

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on Data Analysis.
• Strong understanding of Market Risk and Credit Risk.
• Expertise in advanced Excel functions.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information clearly.

Preferred Skills

• Technical experience with Tableau or similar data visualization tools.
• Experience in documenting business requirements and processes.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• 10 15 years of relevant experience in business analysis, particularly in risk management.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
