Sales Internship - Summer

About Commercial Excellence:

The Health Edge Commercial Excellence function includes Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing. These three organizations, combined as the Commercial Excellence function, are responsible for meeting the business’s annual and long-term financial objectives, ensuring ongoing customer satisfaction, and increasing Health Edge brand awareness and market visibility.

Internship Program:
Health Edge offers a structured paid 12-week virtual internship program that will allow you to help drive meaningful and strategic project work that delivers real impact to our teams, customers, and business, while having fun along the way! You will support the Sales team and will also get exposure to various departments and strategic initiatives through our Discover Health Edge weekly series.

Interns will also participate in our three-day Innovation Challenge and a final internship project presentation to showcase the impact you’ve made. Additionally, we provide workshops focused on resume writing, Linked In profiles, interview preparation, and more!

Your Impact

• Assist with developing and updating new template Statements of Work by reviewing existing documents, gathering details from Health Proof materials, and conducting investigative research.
• Inventory Health Proof’s historical contract library by reviewing past agreements and organizing key details for easy reference.
• Document negotiated terms and deal positions from prior contracts to help the Sales and Legal teams understand patterns and strengthen future negotiations.
• Support the Sales team by organizing contract insights, maintaining documentation, and helping improve the consistency of sales materials.

What You Bring

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Business Management, or related major
• Experience working with search or query tools (e.g., building filters, using advanced search operators, or configuring search logic).
• Basic understanding of contracts
• Team player
• Ability to complete tasks in a timely manner
• Willingness to learn
