Role SummaryAs a Branch Office Administrator, you’ll provide seamless support to clients, financial advisors, and the team. You’ll play a key role in supporting client accounts, facilitating communication, and ensuring a positive client experience. Support and Training- Comprehensive 6‑month training, including a mentor
- A wide support network from branch to region to home office

- Deliver exceptional personalized service so clients feel understood and informed
- Take an active role in the annual business planning process to assist in developing strategies for the upcoming year
- Actively listen for situations in clients’ lives that may indicate a need for additional services
- Drive marketing activities such as planning and executing events
- Respond to inbound and outbound calls, emails, and in‑person interactions, resolving inquiries and ensuring an exceptional experience
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, referral sources, and internal client support team members
- Learn and understand the financial services industry; handle account opening, transfers, and other requests at advisor direction
- Process account transactions, prepare documentation, and maintain accurate client records
- Schedule appointments, prepare materials for client meetings, manage correspondence, support marketing initiatives, and streamline processes by updating SOPs
- Use technology such as Money Guide, Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and other firm‑provided software

- Hiring minimum: $21.38
- Hiring maximum: $23.14
