Role Summary

As a Branch Office Administrator, you’ll provide seamless support to clients, financial advisors, and the team. You’ll play a key role in supporting client accounts, facilitating communication, and ensuring a positive client experience. Support and Training
  • Comprehensive 6‑month training, including a mentor

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional personalized service so clients feel understood and informed
  • Take an active role in the annual business planning process to assist in developing strategies for the upcoming year
  • Actively listen for situations in clients’ lives that may indicate a need for additional services
  • Drive marketing activities such as planning and executing events
  • Respond to inbound and outbound calls, emails, and in‑person interactions, resolving inquiries and ensuring an exceptional experience
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, referral sources, and internal client support team members
  • Learn and understand the financial services industry; handle account opening, transfers, and other requests at advisor direction
  • Process account transactions, prepare documentation, and maintain accurate client records
  • Schedule appointments, prepare materials for client meetings, manage correspondence, support marketing initiatives, and streamline processes by updating SOPs
  • Use technology such as Money Guide, Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and other firm‑provided software

Compensation
  • Hiring minimum: $21.38
  • Hiring maximum: $23.14
  • Bonus opportunities based on branch and firm profitability, and individual performance
