Job Description & How to Apply Below

Futures start here. Where first steps, new friendships, and confident learners are born. At Kinder Care Learning Companies, the first and only early childhood education provider recognized with the Gallup Exceptional Workplace Award we offer a variety of early education and child care options for families. Whether it’s Kinder Care Learning Centers, Champions, or Crème de la Crème, we build confidence for kids, families, and the future we share.

And we want you to join us in shaping it—in neighborhoods, at work, and in schools nationwide.

At Kinder Care Learning Companies, you’ll use your skills and expertise to support the work (and fun) that happens in our sites and centers every day. From marketers and strategists to financial analysts and data engineers, and so much more, we’re all passionate about crafting a world where children, families, and organizations can thrive.

Join our team as a Product Manager focused on key digital activities that allow our centers to convert interested families into new customers. You will lead strategy, discovery, and execution of digital products that route, nurture, and convert customer inquiries across our organization. You’ll partner closely with Marketing, Center Operations, and IT to optimize Salesforce-based lead management solutions that support families from first inquiry through enrollment.

You'll lead the end-to-end product lifecycle—ensuring alignment to business growth goals, delivering efficient, intuitive, and scalable experiences for internal teams, while increasing lead conversion, speed-to-contact, and data quality across channels.

Responsibilities:
  • Own and evolve the Lead Management product strategy, roadmap, and backlog in alignment with customer acquisition, conversion, and enrollment goals.
  • Partner with Marketing, Data, and Operations teams to understand lead workflows, challenges, and opportunities for automation, standardization, and optimization within Salesforce.
  • Lead discovery efforts to define key requirements that inform new solutions for key problems, such as lead capture, operational lead management flows, evolving parent engagement behaviors, and solving unique Kinder Care needs through scalable technical solutions.
  • Translate business needs into user stories with clear acceptance criteria and guide teams through refinement and development, with a strong focus on Salesforce configuration, integrations, and extensibility.
  • Collaborate with engineering, QE and cross-functional partners to deliver iterative improvements in the Salesforce lead management and CRM ecosystem.
  • Work with data and analytics teams to define clear success metrics, reporting, and dashboards related to lead volume, response times, and lead funnel performance.
  • Support organizational change efforts and field enablement for both our field & corporate teams, ensuring successful adoption of new lead tools and workflows.
  • Analyze and report on product outcomes, including impact on lead conversion, enrollment efficiency, operational effectiveness, and family experience.
  • Serve as the product owner in Agile ceremonies and planning processes, ensuring backlog health and sprint readiness.
  • Develop and deliver leadership-level presentations and product narratives that clearly communicate strategy, progress, tradeoffs, and impact.
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in digital product management, with experience supporting CRM platforms.
  • Ability to lead research initiatives both internally and externally to develop product ideation and discovery efforts that can be prioritized within your product roadmap.
  • Strong collaboration, communication and stakeholder management skills, including working with Marketing, Operations, Engineering, and Analytics.
  • Proven ability to decompose complex problems and deliver scalable, iterative solutions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to use data to drive decisions and measure success.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong emphasis on clear, non-technical communication and executive-ready storytelling across a large and diverse group of stakeholders, including senior leadership and field teams.
