Manager of Investor Services

Job Description

Managing Investor Services (Transfer Agency) located in Singapore.

Monday – Friday, 09:00 – 18:00.

Hybrid work arrangement.

• Oversee and review TA dealing activities including capital calls, distributions, transfer, subscriptions, redemptions, and switches.
• Review and approve payments and settlements.
• Maintain and update investor register and static data in the system.
• Prepare and issue investor statements, contract notes, and manage distributions/dividends.
• Act as key contact with investors and clients on routine transaction matters and enquiries.
• Ensure strict compliance with CSC internal procedures and guidelines, as well as regulatory requirements.
• Coach and supervise junior team members on performance and career development plans.
• Collaborate with other teams to understand client needs and provide solutions.
• Participate in ad hoc projects assigned by your supervisor.

• Degree holder in Law, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of investor services experience.
• Transfer Agency background required; knowledge of KYC/AML and FATCA/CRS is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and spoken English; conversational Mandarin is preferred.
• Independent, meticulous, pro‑active, attentive to details, and self‑motivated.
• Able to adapt to new challenges and possess excellent communication skills.

Mature and stable, be willing to work under pressure.
