This is a full-time hybrid role for a Benefits Consultant, based in Texarkana, AR, with some flexibility for remote work. The Benefits Consultant is responsible for advising clients on employee benefit programs, assisting in the selection and management of insurance plans, and ensuring client satisfaction through excellent service. The role involves client consultations, delivering tailored benefits solutions, and fostering strong relationships with new and existing customers.
Qualifications- Benefits Administration and Employee Benefits experience
- Consulting and Customer Service skills with a client-focused approach
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a hybrid work environment
