Relations Analyst Manager
The Relations Analyst Manager leads the development, analysis, and management of stakeholder, partner, or client relationship strategies to enhance engagement, retention, and organizational performance. This role combines relationship management expertise with data‑driven analysis to assess trends, identify risks, and recommend strategic improvements. The Relations Analyst Manager supervises analysts or relationship specialists while collaborating with cross‑functional teams in a fully remote environment.

Key Responsibilities- Oversee relationship management strategies for clients, partners, or stakeholders
- Analyze engagement metrics, satisfaction data, and retention trends
- Develop performance dashboards and executive‑level reporting
- Identify risks and opportunities impacting stakeholder relationships
- Lead and mentor a team of analysts or relationship specialists
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, legal, and finance teams
- Implement process improvements to enhance service delivery
- Support contract renewals, escalations, and conflict resolution
- Present findings and strategic recommendations to senior leadership
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulatory standards
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Communications, Analytics, or related field
- 5–8 years of experience in relationship management, business analytics, or stakeholder engagement
- Prior supervisory or team leadership experience
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Proficiency in CRM platforms and data analysis tools
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong problem‑solving and strategic thinking abilities
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Master's degree (MBA or related field)
- Experience in B2B, financial services, healthcare, or corporate environments
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytics platforms
- Experience managing cross‑functional projects
- Knowledge of compliance and risk management frameworks
- Annual Salary Range: $100,000 – $135,000 USD, based on experience.
