Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Manager based in Omaha, NE, with opportunities for partial remote work. The primary responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and managing client relationships, developing strategic plans, and negotiating contracts. The Business Development Manager will work closely with internal teams to align on business goals, provide insights into market trends, create detailed reports on sales performance, and drive revenue growth.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in business development, client relationship management, and contract negotiation
  • Strong analytical and strategic planning skills to assess market trends and identify opportunities
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of industrial services, construction, or related industries is an advantage
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and drive revenue growth
