A rapidly growing national building solutions provider specializing in fire, life safety, and security systems is looking for a Payroll Coordinator to support payroll operations. This role is ideal for someone with hands on payroll experience, strong Excel skills, and a solid foundation in payroll systems who is comfortable learning new platforms. This is a remote full time position with a $1000 retention paid out at the end of the 4 months.
Key Responsibilities:- Must have experience with prevailing wage and certified payroll reports, preferably with experience with New Jersey hub downloads
- Support day to day payroll processing with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Utilize Excel for payroll reporting, audits, and reconciliation (intermediate level)
- Partner with internal teams to ensure payroll data integrity and compliance
Skills and Experience:
- Experience with Certified Payroll (federal, state, or local public construction experience), Prevailing Wage, and Form WH-347
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience with Excel (intermediate)
- Experience with Foundations payroll software or similar (preferred)
