Design Associate; Facilitation and Training

Laridae is seeking an Experience Design Associate to join our team. This is a behind-the-scenes enablement role focused on drafting and refining materials, supporting delivery readiness, and ensuring strong preparation and follow-through so facilitators can deliver high-quality work.

The Experience Design Associate works closely with facilitators to co-create facilitation and training materials, support delivery readiness, and ensure next steps are completed after sessions and projects. By owning this practical, detail-oriented work, the role helps reduce cognitive load on facilitators and supports steady, high-quality delivery for clients.

This is not a consulting or facilitation role. It is an internal role centered on preparation, reliability, and care. Strategic direction and facilitation decisions are guided by facilitators, while content is developed collaboratively.

• Drafting and preparing facilitation and training materials in partnership with facilitators
• Supporting delivery readiness and post-session follow-through
• Maintaining templates, systems, and quality standards
• Using AI tools thoughtfully to support drafting, organization, and consistency

Over time, the role may grow through deeper stewardship of materials, systems, and AI-enabled workflows.

Laridae is a remote-first organization. This role is open to candidates based in Ontario, with occasional in-person travel (approximately 2–4 times per year).

The annual salary range for this position is $65,000 CAD plus benefits
