- Be the CRO's operating partner, managing forecast calls and translating insights into actions.
- Drive pricing governance and lead global deal desk processes.
- Modernize quote‑to‑cash processes, owning Salesforce CRM and CPQ.
- Lead territory and capacity planning based on annual designs.
- Operationalize AI to enhance efficiency and value in sales.
- Advance pricing strategies for AI‑native offerings.
- Nurture partner co‑sell initiatives and improve deal registration.
- Align with finance, legal, and product teams to ensure compliance.
- 8–12+ years of experience in Sales Ops within SaaS, ideally in cybersecurity.
- Proven track record in managing deal desk and pricing strategies.
- Hands‑on experience with Salesforce, CPQ, and relevant BI tools.
- Strong understanding of commercial and accounting principles.
- Excellent communication skills with a data‑driven storytelling approach.
