Manager, Investment Associate; Remote

• Provide support to the entire investment process, including mapping investment trends and conducting financial and technical analysis
• Assist leadership in deal sourcing, due diligence, business modeling, and managing the opportunity pipeline
• Collect market intelligence and conduct market research via public sources and third-party service providers
• Coordinate diligence activities with corporate and business unit functional resources
• Prepare senior-level briefings, summarizing insights from detailed analyses

• Minimum 5 years of transactional or strategy experience (e.g., VC/CVC, top-tier investment bank, business/corporate development role, consulting)
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power Point
• Aerospace and defense domain knowledge
• Transactional experience in M&A, joint ventures, minority investments, and partnerships

• MBA and/or advanced technology degree
• Creativity and strong oral and written communication skills
• Experience in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment
• Familiarity with financial data services (S&P Capital IQ, Pitchbook)
• Proven ability to listen, negotiate, influence, and persuade others
