Who you are:

We are seeking an MBA intern to join our team for the summer of 2026. We are seeking an individual who is curious, driven, collaborative and analytical. Our ideal candidate is excited about search funds, holding companies, and/or small business.

The position will involve working through a constantly varied mix of challenges related to sales, operations, HR, finance, M&A, and technology, among others. Successful candidates will be able to balance a commitment to long-term value creation with the daily drive needed to make decisions despite incomplete information.

The internship will begin and end in our home office in Portland, Maine. As part of the internship, we will also give interns the opportunity to spend dedicated time onsite at one of our operating companies.

This position offers considerable exposure to senior management and may result in an offer to join our Generalist Vice President program upon graduation.
