Agri Novus Indiana is seeking an Innovation Platform Lead for a full-time, hybrid role based in Greater Indianapolis with flexibility for remote work. The Innovation Platform Lead will lead strategy development and execution for the organization's platforms, foster collaboration among stakeholders, and identify opportunities for cross-sector partnerships within the agbioscience industry. Responsibilities include overseeing programs, managing relationships with innovators, conducting research to identify emerging trends, and ensuring alignment with the organization’s mission and objectives.

• Experience in strategic planning, program management, and cross-sector collaboration
• Knowledge of agbioscience, agriculture, food systems, and related technologies
• Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and relationship management skills
• Ability to conduct research, analyze trends, and develop actionable insights
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in digital tools and platforms for program coordination and remote collaboration
• Bachelor’s degree in agriculture, science, business, or a related field (advanced degrees preferred)
• Experience in innovation, technology transfer, or economic development is a plus
