• Train end users to effectively use and analyze Virtual Fencing Technology data
• Customize user portals and reports to enhance user experience
• Consult with clients to recommend process improvements for technology implementation
• Manage multiple projects while ensuring timely resolution of customer inquiries in the CRM
• Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to support client needs and recommend improvements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Animal Health, Agriculture, Business, or a related field
• Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Valid U.S. motor vehicle driver’s license without restrictions
• Proficiency in written, verbal, and Microsoft Office skills

• Experience in account management and customer relationship management (CRM)
• Knowledge of agricultural economics and animal husbandry
• Familiarity with case study research and field sales support
• Ability to adapt to changing environments and build trust with customers
