Compensation Range: $90,000 - $105,000

Hybrid — 3 days in office + 2 days work from home

The OpportunityThis is a high-impact opportunity for a strategic, operationally minded Product Manager who wants to build, not just maintain. Since 2016, Fittes has grown rapidly by bringing a tangible, patented product to market. Now, we’re at a stage where scalable product and operational processes are critical to our next phase of growth.
As the Product Manager, you will own the post-concept lifecycle of our physical products, from launch through end-of-life. This role is central to building the connective tissue between product, marketing, sales, and operations, with high visibility and real influence across the business. You’ll see your impact directly through stronger product performance, clearer decision-making, and systems that allow the team to move faster and smarter.

Lifecycle Management & Product Strategy [30%]
- Own the full post-concept product lifecycle, including launch execution, performance monitoring, and end-of-life decisions.
- Act as the internal product advocate, ensuring alignment and visibility across brand, marketing, sales, and operations.
- Monitor product and inventory performance, identifying opportunities to accelerate movement, reposition, or exit underperforming SKUs.
- Apply a strong commercial lens to prioritize where to invest, relaunch, or discontinue products.
- Manage strategic relationships with third-party vendors and manufacturers to ensure quality, reliability, and delivery standards.
- Drive vendor accountability through clear expectations, performance metrics, and ongoing partnership management.
- Lead and project-manage cross-functional product initiatives such as relaunches, repositioning, and end-of-life transitions.
- Translate insights and decisions into clear actions, aligning teams toward shared outcomes.
- Bring structure to ambiguity by creating, improving, and scaling repeatable product and operational processes.
- Serve as a key point of coordination across teams when priorities shift or challenges arise.
- Play a key role on the Product Launch Taskforce, ensuring products are launched on time and with clear accountability.
- Lead launch-related working sessions, keeping teams aligned on milestones and deliverables.
