We're looking for a Lead Product Manager to drive critical platform capabilities that unlock revenue, reduce cost to serve, and enable enterprise customers to manage Docusign 'll own high‑impact problem spaces including provisioning, identity and access management, settings management, and administrative tooling—working across engineering, design, security, compliance, legal, and go‑to‑market teams to deliver outcomes that matter to our largest customers and our business.
This is a high‑visibility role with direct impact on customer retention, expansion revenue, and operational efficiency. You’ll work on products used by every Docusign customer and shape the future of AI‑powered administration.
This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Director of Product Management.
Responsibilities- Define strategy and roadmap for high‑impact platform capabilities based on customer research, support data, telemetry, and business priorities
- Lead cross‑functional execution across Engineering, Design, Security, Compliance, Legal, Sales, and Support to deliver complex initiatives on time
- Navigate ambiguity in highly technical problem spaces involving provisioning systems, identity management, subscription platforms, and enterprise architecture
- Balance competing priorities from onboarding velocity, enterprise security requirements, operational efficiency, and platform scalability
- Drive business outcomes measured by revenue unblocked, support cost deflected, enterprise adoption, and customer satisfaction
- Champion the customer by deeply understanding administrator personas, pain points, and workflows—then advocating for their needs across the organization
- Build for scale by designing platform capabilities that serve individual users through Fortune 500 enterprises
- Mentor and influence other PMs, designers, and engineers through clear thinking, strong communication, and collaborative problem‑solving
Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in‑office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in‑office expectation)

What you bringBasic
- 8+ years of product management experience building B2B SaaS or enterprise cloud platforms
- Experience with IAM, provisioning, admin tooling, or platform infrastructure products
- Experience shipping complex, cross‑functional initiatives involving multiple engineering teams
- Experience influencing without authority across Security, Legal, Compliance, Sales, and Support stakeholders
Preferred
- Experience managing products used by technical personas (admins, IT, developers)
- Background in identity and access management (IAM), authorization models, or security products
- Experience working with regulated industries (Financial Services, Healthcare, Government)
- Track record building AI‑powered or agentic product experiences
- Bias for action and comfort operating in ambiguous, fast‑moving environments
- Customer obsession backed by research rigor: ethnography, user interviews, data analysis, and telemetry instrumentation
