• Review and verify customer and account data for accuracy and compliance
• Ensure timely processing of contributions to meet deadlines and apply correctly
• Identify and correct discrepancies to maintain high-quality data for reporting
• Facilitate communication between teams to resolve customer inquiries efficiently
• Contribute to key projects by completing tasks on time and maintaining quality standards

• 1-2 years of experience in Accounting or 401(k) Recordkeeping
• Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills
• Clear verbal and written communication skills
  
  Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively

• Bachelor's Degree
• Basic reconciliation skills
