- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
- 7-10 years of experience in sales, preferably in a related industry
- Proven experience in sales strategy and customer management
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Up to 50% travel required, including periodic travel to headquarters
- 8+ years of experience in sales operations and management
- Experience selling to or working with regional retailers
- Ability to interact effectively at executive and operational levels
- Proficiency in Excel and other analytical tools
- Strong strategic thinking and solutions-oriented approach
