• 5+ years of experience managing products from concept to launch
• Strong analytical abilities, combining data with intuition for product strategy
• Proficiency in modern product discovery techniques and familiarity with agile methodologies
• Demonstrated technical skills in evaluating product approaches and proposals
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a proven track record of collaboration

• Experience with non-traditional backgrounds and transferable skills
• Familiarity with performance management systems in a real estate context
• Previous experience in customer experience enhancement strategies
