In this role, you will lead and scale a team of Account Executives dedicated to serving State Agencies, including Law Enforcement, Corrections, and Emergency Management. Your leadership will be crucial in enhancing the efficiency of these agencies, ensuring they have the operational intelligence needed to make informed decisions.
You will also work collaboratively across various teams to develop strategies that strengthen our market presence. This role is essential for driving change and impact within the public safety sector as we continue to expand into new industries.
- Directly manage and coach a team of 6-10 Senior Account Executives
- Act as a player‑coach supporting reps in active deals and negotiations
- Own forecasting accuracy and performance management for the State segment
- Collaborate with Strategic Growth teams on overlapping account opportunities
- Partner with various departments to refine GTM strategy and messaging
- Drive execution through enablement and deal reviews
- Guide reps through complex B2G sales cycles
- Support hiring and team structure as the business scales
- 10+ years of experience in complex enterprise SaaS or B2G sales
- 5+ years of experience managing or coaching sales teams
- Strong familiarity with state government procurement and RFP processes
- Experience selling into Law Enforcement, Corrections, or Emergency Management organizations
- Understanding of grant‑funded sales motions and public‑sector funding pathways
- Track record of over achievement as an individual contributor and leader
- Proficient with Salesforce and data‑driven performance management
- Willing to travel up to 60% of the time for field visits and meetings
- Located in any major metropolitan city in the U.S.
