• Own the product end-to-end, driving vision and strategy through execution and delivery
• Define and drive the multi-year vision for Coinbase One’s member experience
• Lead cross-functional teams to set OKRs and achieve collaborative goals
• Identify and track key metrics to prioritize product roadmap effectively
• Work closely with various teams across the employer to execute major initiatives

• 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in loyalty programs or Fin Tech
• Strong analytical, prioritization, and problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to guide product strategy and align with senior cross-functional partners
• Demonstrated ownership mindset with the ability to launch complex initiatives
• Experience with data-driven decision-making and experimentation

• Background in loyalty programs or consumer membership products (e.g., Amazon Prime, Amex)
• Passion for crypto-native experiences and the future of onchain technology
