Position OverviewQuality Improvement Advisor (QIA) II – Remote (Must reside in Utah). This full‑time remote role serves as the client’s primary point of contact within Mountain Pacific for all activities, including organizational communication, contract management, marketing of additional services or products, and dispute resolution. The position establishes and communicates clear expectations on roles and responsibilities, ensures client satisfaction, and meets internal and external metrics associated with assigned contracts.
Responsibilities- Act as the client’s primary point of contact for all activities.
- Communicate expectations on roles and responsibilities to the client.
- Ensure client expectations are met with a high degree of customer satisfaction.
- Meet internal and external metrics associated with assigned contracts.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
- Minimum 7 years of experience with a bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Must be able to travel up to 15%–60%.
Target compensation: $70,000 – $95,000 per year.
