Agropur is seeking a Demand Planning and Customer Collaboration Analyst to join its St-Hubert team.
The Demand Planning and Customer Collaboration Analyst is responsible for delivering a demand and replenishment plan in collaboration with customers and by leveraging their internal data. The role is also responsible for managing communications related to supply chain issues, as well as the penalties budget.

- Salary range 004: 73 000$ à 91 200
$ (Salary will be determined based on skills, education, training & experience related to the position.)
More specifically, the responsibilities of the Demand Planning and Customer Collaboration Analyst are:
- Analyze sales, inventory levels, and forecasts to identify gaps and trends.
- Provide a 24‑month demand plan for the assigned customer portfolio.
- Lead and develop customer collaboration to deliver business plans.
- Identify opportunities to increase sales and minimize waste.
- Collaborate with customers to align forecasts and promotional plans.
- Recommend actions to reduce out‑of‑stocks, optimize inventory, and improve performance.
- Be responsible for supporting critical decisions and providing recommendations that impact both the customer and internal inventory.
- Produce and monitor performance indicators (service level, out‑of‑stocks, excess inventory, forecast accuracy).
- Work closely with key internal stakeholders in production planning, inventory management, and logistics.
- Prepare and lead weekly reviews with the customer replenishment team, and participate in departmental reviews with the category manager and replenishment team.
- Integrate and validate data from retailer systems (POS, in‑store inventory, and DC inventory).
- University degree in Business Administration, Operations, Logistics, or any other relevant field, or equivalent relevant experience, required.
- An equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered.
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in CPFR / Demand Forecast Analyst / Supply Chain Analyst / Replenishment Planner roles in a B2C environment required.
- Bilingual in French and English, spoken and written, required.
- Ability to reprioritize effectively among multiple internal and external stakeholders under tight deadlines.
- Ability to influence outcomes through relevant data analysis and cross‑team alignment.
- Experience with Power BI, SAP, Oracle, Retail Link, Excel, and Outlook.
