Responsibilities- Set the plan: Own the annual pensions communications strategy and editorial calendar (DB & DC) with clear KPIs and measurable outcomes.

- Support colleagues and members: Lead bonus sacrifice & high‑earner pensions processes; provide technical guidance on AA/taper/protections; partner with Payroll/HR/Reward and advisers on complex high‑earner cases.
- Manage regulatory processes: Coordinate pensions‑related DSARs and manage communications/case‑files for IDRP stages with Legal/Privacy and the Trustee.
- Keep us compliant: Monitor pensions regulation, advise on impacts and implementation, complete the annual TPR Scheme Return, and coordinate triennial auto‑re‑enrolment with Payroll and Reward.
- Deliver campaigns: Lead multi‑channel campaigns across email, web, letters and in‑person touchpoints (e.g., contribution changes, life events, retirement options) from brief to measurement.
- Partner well: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, acting as a key point of contact on technical, member and communications matters.
- Significant experience in UK pensions communications and governance (DB & DC).
- Experience operating in large, complex organisations.
- Proven experience coordinating cross‑functional teams across internal stakeholders and external providers to deliver multi‑channel communications.
- Strong pensions technical knowledge, including trustee processes and benefits.
- Skilled at leading through influence across internal stakeholders and external providers; strong stakeholder engagement.
- Comfort with data & insight (engagement metrics, funnels) to iterate journeys and content.
- Nice to have: PMI (or equivalent), accessibility/plain‑English credentials.
