What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Lead a cross‑functional team to achieve client success objectives and revenue targets
  • Drive upselling and cross‑selling of services to enhance client relationships and retention
  • Mentor and develop Client Success Management professionals to improve team performance
  • Develop and execute client contract strategies aligned with overall business objectives
  • Maintain strong relationships with key strategic clients to understand and address their needs
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business management or a related field
  • Significant experience in a Technical Services, Managed Services, or Outsourcing environment
  • Proven leadership experience in a senior managerial role within a large‑scale IT services environment
  • Strong understanding of financial statements and metrics, including revenue and expense control
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship management skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience with infrastructure technology and OEM partners such as Cisco, Palo Alto, and Dell
  • Familiarity with ITIL practices and service operations
  • Proven ability to work in a global matrixed environment with cross‑functional teams
