Senior Officer, Technical Partnerships; Economic Recovery & Development

• Influence and guide strategic private-sector engagement across fundraising priorities
• Develop and implement business development strategies alongside leadership and technical teams
• Provide high-level advisory input and maintain a portfolio of key priority areas for funding
• Create compelling materials for donor engagement and support proposal development processes
• Ensure compliance and design long-term engagement strategies for strategic partnerships

• 6-7 years of related work experience in programs, fundraising, and/or advocacy, preferably with a large INGO
• Bachelor’s degree in international development, social work, or a relevant field, or equivalent professional experience
• Experience with global Economic Recovery & Development programming in low-resource settings
• Outstanding communication, relationship management, writing, and presentation skills
• Proven ability to collaborate across technical and lay audiences regarding ERD programming and strategy

• Knowledge of other IRC languages (Spanish, French, Arabic) would be an asset
• Experience developing and implementing multi-million-dollar partnerships
• International experience across diverse contexts and working with global, cross-cultural teams
• Master’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience is a plus
