What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Execute targeted sales strategies to drive capital equipment sales aligned with national revenue and margin goals
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities while deepening relationships with existing customers
  • Prepare and present persuasive proposals, RFPs, and business reviews to clients
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery, installation, and post-sale support
  • Provide coaching and mentorship to less experienced sales team members
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Typically 10 or more years of relevant professional experience, with a proven track record in sales
  • At least 1 year of management experience
  • Strong competency in sales, particularly in capital equipment and technologies
  • Familiarity with procurement processes, budgeting workflows, and delivery coordination
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in a related discipline;
    Master's degree or international equivalent is a plus
  • Strong leadership and team development capabilities
  • Experience in managing conflict and vendor relationships
  • Proven ability to mentor and motivate high-performing teams
  • Technically proficient with deep expertise in relevant tools and systems
