About the OpportunityAs a Sales Manager, you’ll take the lead in growing and supporting a network of strategic partners across Western Canada. This role is high-touch and collaborative, giving you the chance to engage directly with business owners, partner teams and key decision-makers to drive meaningful growth. You’ll manage a diverse region with autonomy and accountability, balancing strategic planning with hands-on sales activity.

Your Responsibilities- You’ll manage and grow existing relationships with partners, ensuring consistent support and presence.
- In this role, you’ll identify, recruit, and onboard new partners to expand regional reach.
- You’ll provide guidance, training and mentoring to partner teams while facilitating presentations and business discussions.
- You’ll analyze sales data and develop partner-specific strategies to achieve revenue targets and KPIs.
- You’ll proactively resolve partner concerns and support their growth through strategic advice and field engagement.
- 5+ years of experience in channel or partner management, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and strong digital communication skills.
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging senior management.
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking, able to pivot and optimize partner relationships for ROI.
- Valid driver’s license with an excellent driving record; willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred; prior experience growing partners is an asset.
