Indirect Procurement Manager

is looking for a talented colleague for the"Indirect Procurement Manager" position. In this role, you will have team management responsibilities and will report to the Head of Indirect Cycle and C&P Excellence.

In this role you will;

• Support three Danone CBUs (EDP, SN, Waters) and six factories in achieving common objectives for indirect spend within the industrial and CAPEX categories
• Ensure alignment with global and regional stakeholders on procurement strategies, and lead the execution of site-level tactics to reduce total cost of ownership
• Manage sourcing strategies for materials and services in close collaboration with business units such as R&D and Operations, including plant managers
• Provide administrative support for the Professional Services sourcing category across eight plants
• Build and maintain a global supplier network to meet business objectives, foster strong relationships with global Danone category buyers, and contribute to “best cost country” targets
• Communicate relevant business insights across the organization and supervise six category buyers within the team
• Track supplier contracts and maintain accurate SAP reporting
• Prepare and evaluate business cases and feasibility studies
• Support key compliance metrics, including SAP-related PO documentation, Goods Receipt and Proof of Delivery accuracy, process adherence, Company Essentials, master data integrity, internal controls, and OHS regulations
• Monitor Perfect PO and P2P KPIs to ensure optimal procurement performance
• Lead and enhance digitalization initiatives such as e-procurement tool improvements, e-tendering, and catalogue management

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Engineering

Minimum 5 years of purchasing experience with solid experience in industrial and capital equipment investment procurement.

• Proven experience in high-volume production environments and in managing process productivity improvement projects

• Experience with PROMENA is preferred.
• Strong proficiency and hands‑on experience with SAP
• Systematic, well‑organized, and highly attentive to detail
• Strong sense of urgency and proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Fluent in English & Turkish, both written and spoken
• No travel restrictions for domestic and international business trips
