Position: Product Manager (Cruise, Train & Supplier Relationship)

Working Hours

  • 5 days work week (Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm)
  • Every Monday work from home

Responsibilities
  • Develop a comprehensive plan to grow cruise business and establish a preeminent position in the high-end market.
  • Negotiate with cruises / trains to maximize commissions, marketing support and staffs’ training / fam trips.
  • Manage all cruises / trains products including presentation on websites and Travel reservation system.
  • Train all sales on cruises / trains.
  • Work with marketing to promote any cruise / train products.
  • Constantly review & analyse our business volumes to our suppliers and make recommendation according to our business requirements & supplier’s service quality. Make recommendations to direct our business accordingly.
  • Manage and develop select suppliers’ relationship to ensure & improve quality of service provided to us and build a mutually meaningful relationship in terms of rates, marketing support and training / fam trips.
  • Work closely with Product of itinerary planning on choice of suppliers’ relationship for Rates & services and regular feedback.
  • Work with marketing on suppliers’ support for our initiatives / projects.
  • To gather feedback from the Sales Team on the suppliers.
  • Managing sales staff channelling of businesses.
Requirements
  • 2 years of relevant experience in Travel agency, Airline Industry, Hospitality Industry or Cruise.
