The role

As a Procurement Coordinator, you’ll sit at the heart of our requisition‑to‑pay process, making sure the right goods and services are sourced, compliant and delivered on time.

Day-to-day, you’ll enable teams across defence, aerospace and engineering to focus on missions that matter, while you build hands‑on experience with modern procurement systems and develop your career in a high‑impact, people‑centred organisation.

  • Review and release requisitions and purchase orders for compliance against policy and service levels across multiple business units.
  • Manage open order books
    , resolving GR/NI and invoice queries to keep commitments accurate and up to date.
  • Source and purchase IT hardware and peripherals for UK and international sites, ensuring value, quality and on‑time delivery.
  • Run the Remedy sourcing queue and manage shared Procurement mailboxes to triage and progress requests efficiently.
  • Build supplier relationships in Coupa/SAP and partner with internal stakeholders to remove blockers and improve the R2P experience.

This role is full time, 37.5 hours per week and provides hybrid working arrangements with once a month onsite and the other days working from home.

Essential experience of the Procurement Coordinator
  • Experience working within requisition‑to‑pay/purchase‑to‑pay processes in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Strong skills in Excel
    , databases and business systems (ideally Remedy, Coupa and SAP
    ).
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines and targets with accuracy.
  • Confidence handling high volumes and switching between multiple priorities.
Qualifications for the Procurement Coordinator
