Are you passionate about building strong relationships and delivering exceptional service? As a Senior Account Manager, you'll play a key role in managing client relationships, guiding your team, and driving business growth. You'll work closely with clients to understand their needs, provide tailored solutions, and ensure their satisfaction. This role is eligible for fully remote work within the US.
How you'll make an impactIn this role, you’ll be the go-to person for clients within the religious and public entity space, helping them navigate their insurance needs and ensuring they receive outstanding service. You’ll develop and implement strategies to grow our client portfolio, identify new opportunities, and foster long-term relationships. You’ll also analyze market trends, gather client feedback, and recommend improvements to enhance our services.

- You have a bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years of relevant experience.
- Currently hold an active P&C license

Compensation and benefitsWe offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
