• Manage a portfolio of resilience initiatives, including business continuity, disaster recovery, and crisis management
• Aggregate and analyze resilience KPIs; develop executive dashboards and provide data-driven recommendations
• Develop and manage project plans, tracking timelines, dependencies, risks, and deliverables
• Lead corrective action tracking and incorporate lessons learned into program enhancements
• Engage with stakeholders, delivering clear status communications and executive presentations

• Minimum of 7 years managing medium to large enterprise-scale programs in resilience, business continuity, or crisis management
• Strong background in program management, process improvement, and performance management
• Expertise in Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid project methodologies
• Proven ability to aggregate multi-source data and develop KPIs
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience

• Master’s degree in a related discipline
• Experience in high-growth, cloud-native, or SaaS organizations
• Advanced proficiency with analytics and visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Snowflake)
• Lean, Six Sigma, or operational excellence certifications
• Experience leading or mentoring program management teams
