• Advise and arrange travel for corporate business customers, both individuals and groups
• Conduct analysis and research on travel options, proactively anticipating traveler needs
• Arrange and book domestic and international business travel across various modes of transport
• Ensure compliance with customers’ travel policies and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with team members to coach, mentor, and enhance service levels

• 5+ years of experience as a travel consultant
• Experience with Global Distribution Systems (GDS), specifically Sabre
• Strong professional communication skills, both written and verbal
• Detail‑oriented with a strong understanding of the travel industry
• Ability to resolve customer issues quickly and independently

• Background in business travel, leisure travel, or airline reservations
• Demonstrated passion for excellence in client service and proactive need anticipation
• Openness to teamwork and feedback to improve service quality
